This information is sent to the artist by email and is also visible directly on the release page within the dashboard. In addition, we provide detailed FAQs and guidance that explain common store requirements and how to prepare releases so they comply with platform guidelines. These policies are set by the digital stores themselves and we must enforce them to ensure music is accepted by platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and others. If you are experiencing difficulties with specific releases, we encourage you to open a support ticket so our team can review your case and provide guidance. Our goal is always to help artists successfully distribute their music while following store requirements.
