They re shipped the order and after another 59 days it finally showed up in the US. I received my package yesterday, December 1st, nearly 3 months after ordering. I was told it was a logistics provider issue, and they have since changed logistics companies. Customer support was friendly enough, but that barely makes up for this. Even though their prices are much cheaper than most everyone else, the shipping cost and time are simply not worth it.
