### ★☆☆☆☆ Did not attempt delivery
- Disgruntled · 2026-06-30

All 1 star reviews I see. Says ONE attempted delivery of Amazon item by 4PX but that was a blatant lie as I was in and waiting for it and no-one rang my bell. So now its 2 days more as they dont deliver next day. Already waited 2 weeks.
And no you cant get hold to find out why delivery driver lied. And Amazon says attempted 8.09 and 4PX says 7.09. Yet was way after 7 notification eould be arriving. So obviously fudging times and lying.
Very very annoyed.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Parcel supposed to be at a pickup point but no pickup point address
- Valérie · 2026-06-04

I had requested a delivery at home. I didn't receive any email for the tracking. I see on Amazon that the parcel has been delivered at the pickup point but I have no information about that pickup point as I have never choosen any pickup point. The phone number of 4px you can find on Google is unavailable. Nobody answer to the email I have sent.
