VERY disappointed

VERY disappointed with the shirt... really really cheap fabric and not near as clear and vibrant as expected. In my opinion, the picture on the website was QUITE misleading. If I wasn't aware of the tedium of the "return process" for shipped items, I'd consider returning it but, I guess instead, I'll look at this as a learning experience!

I still am waiting to receive my order

I still am waiting to receive my order. I have watched it travel all Uber Europe and seems to be taking quite a long time. I didn't know that I was ordering from somewhere that was going to ship it in a complicated way. The last communication I had was that it had arrived in customs in the united states. If you could help me locate my order.And let me know when it will arrive.I would appreciate it.

Good service, so-so product

I appreciated all the updates about the package moving through the delivery network. I had made the assumption that a t-shirt would be cotton, but what I received is some kind of polyester that really feels plastic-like. It's pretty, but it's not very comfortable to wear.

Communication was excellent and…

Communication was excellent and delivery time was not bad considering that the product came from overseas. I was disappointed in the material of the shirt. Also, although the shirt fits me, the sizing is irregular. The shoulders are wide but the shirt narrows in the trunk and the sleeves are shorter than expected. Finally, the payment charge that I expected was increased by a tax on the invoice. I’m not sure what the tax was, but when I paid for the shirt I believed that that was what I was being charged. I kept the shirt because I thought that it would’ve be too complicated to return and the total charge will only be partially refunded. I will probably wear the shirt once or twice then donate it to my church’s thrift store.
