Hello, thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration here. After looking into your account, the PODS program does require the loan to be finalized before the first POD is picked up, which unfortunately made you ineligible by the time you went to complete it. We understand that wasn't made clear, and we're sorry the experience felt like a runaround.
