Thanks, for your post here. Firstly, let us say that our initial response via our tutor support service was this, personally from the founder of aCOWtancy (who was formerly Director of Training at BPP) - 'I see you've only had it a few days and only looked at 4% of the course - maybe give it a little longer'. Our second response to you was supportive - 'We cant offer refunds - due to the nature of the product - but if you continue we will help as much as we can.' And finally, even after the threat of this review, you had a personal offer of support from us to help you with your studies: 'I will be here to help if you change your mind.' We're sorry you didn't find the short amount of video lectures helpful and wish you success in your ACCA studies.

Hi Monia, sorry you feel that way. It's not actually factually correct, however. Did you subscribe to aCOWtancy Premium or Ultra which includes ALL the recent past ACCA Exams with exercises and exam practice questions which are marked for feedback and improvement, or did you just use the FREE resources? We can't see you on our system as a Premium student, so perhaps you should try to use the subscription to the Classroom which has fantastic pass rates and student success. Thanks
