Scam
Scam. I ordered two sets of Mercury GLASS trees. What came were tiny plastic trees. They are offering Me $7 for my trouble. Complete rip off!! I see others experiencing the same. Obviously they don’t deserve even 1 star. Ordered two months ago.

评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Numerous buyers shared that they purchased what appeared to be beautiful illuminated glass holiday decorations from the online store, expecting large and elegant items for their homes. Unfortunately, shoppers reported receiving items that differed from the promotional images. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer support provided, noting that staff consistently insisted the correct merchandise had been delivered. A few individuals also explained that the business offered tiny partial compensation instead of accepting return requests or processing full refunds.

Mercury Glass Trees = Ugly Plastic Trees
I ordered two sets of mercury glass trees and got ugly plastic trees. I ordered in September and they didn’t arrive until November 6th. Total scam! Lesson learned. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! They also don’t allow you to return.
Ordered mercury glass got total plastic…
Ordered mercury glass got total plastic crap.
Total scam
Total scam! Ordered two sets of "mercury glass type" trees in Septemver and never received anything. Got tracking info from HUNGARY immediately and then two months later when I still nothing, I contacted them. They gave me tracking from China. Hahahaha. Yeah, its a total scam. I never order without checking the site on trust pilot, but this time I got caught in the Christmas spirit/influencer trance. My bad. It was an $80 lesson to learn😔🥴
5 Illuminated Mercury Christmas Trees - False Advertising
I ordered what was supposedly a set of 5 illuminated mercury Christmas trees. The video showed that they were all of various size - some being up to around 9-12" tall. They looked beautiful!!!! I paid $36.99, plus shipping for a total of $45.83. After over a month of ordering them, I finally got a small box with five 5" clear PLASTIC Christmas trees. I reached out to their support - that was a total waste of time. I indicated that I wanted a refund - they offered me a measely $4. Then they offered $8 if I return them. Do NOT order anything from this company - a total ripoff!!!!!!!!
TOTAL SCAM!!
Ordered two (2) sets of the BFF Collection Set of 5 Illuminated Mercury Trees Silvery. I received 2 sets of plastic Xmas trees, all about 4 inches tall. Did not resemble the ones advertised at all! Definitely a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER!
Never got the package and they don’t…
Never got the package and they don’t get back to you. I’ve asked for a refund and the only response I get is they are looking into tracking and trying to get it to me as soon as possible. It has been almost 2 months. A scam for sure.
