- Erick Sahler · 2026-07-13 ·

(2026-07-24): Hi Erick,

I sincerely apologize for what you have experienced with your purchase, but I can assure you this will be an issue again! Please give me a call at 630-496-6209 or shoot me an email at acebrero@actionpkg.com and we can get an order placed correctly asap.

- Cathie Sullivan · 2026-06-19 ·

(2026-06-26): Hi Cathie, I am glad you received your package right away! When placing orders online our system automatically populates the ' best way' method, so we try our best to offer good rates just sometimes prices do tend to go up a bit. I will speak with my warehouse team to add more reinforcement to the boxes going forward, as the carriers can be a bit rough when handling the boxes. If any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach to me personally at my email: acebrero@actionpkg.com or via phone: (630) 496-6209
