I then received an email asking for an order invoice before they would prepare a quote. I sent it immediately and was then asked for a paid receipt because, apparently, “preparing professional quotes is time consuming” and they only prepare quotes for valid orders. The order had already been paid, so I sent the receipt as requested. After nine days with no quote, I emailed asking that my information be forwarded to someone else in the company who could provide one in a timely manner. That was five days ago, and I still have not received a quote or a response. I have never dealt with a shipping company that required proof of a paid order simply to provide a shipping quote. After providing everything they requested, I have now waited two weeks without receiving one. Apparently, their time is considerably more valuable than mine. > 商家回复 (2026-09-29): Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the poor experience this has caused you. To provide the most accurate shipping quotes, we have a strict internal review process. For new customers, company policy requires a pro forma invoice and payment proof to confirm a valid order. For existing clients we have already collaborated with, our process is much more convenient, and many customers can simply provide information via WhatsApp for us to provide a quote directly. Additionally, we invite you to experience our customer portal, which provides convenient access to all online quotes, invoices, order tracking, and comprehensive management. We hope this internal policy will be understood. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our business team directly. ### ★★★★★ Received fast and safe - customer · 2026-08-19 · 已验证 My order was received ahead of schedule and safely.
