You mention customer service, but we have no record of you ever trying to contact us- zero. There is nothing misleading about our website, and you are the first person to ever say $14.95 for a CPR certification is a "stupidly high cost". If you are in need of support or have any questions, we would be happy to assist you. Our support team is available 24 hours a day at https://support.aedcpr.com.
