- Melynda Riley · 2026-07-04 ·

(2026-07-06): Thank you very much for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

We’re glad to hear that you would rate the product 4 out of 5, and even more pleased that you’re satisfied with its overall performance.

We also greatly value your suggestions, including:

A clear battery charge level indicator
Easier disassembly to reduce weight when loading into a car
A keyless battery locking system

These are very insightful recommendations, and we will definitely share them with our product development team for future improvements.

Thank you again for your support and honest review — it really helps us continue improving both our product and service.

Best regards,
Yan

- Ken Washington · 2026-07-01 ·

(2026-07-02): Hi Ken,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review and for your honest feedback.

We're delighted to hear that the product exceeded your expectations in terms of build quality and sturdiness. Thank you for recognizing that.

Regarding the delivery time, the longer wait was mainly due to the high volume of pre-orders, which required us to dispatch orders in sequence. The actual shipping transit itself took only about one month; most of the waiting time was before dispatch while your order was in the production and fulfillment queue.

We sincerely apologize that the extended wait affected your overall experience and resulted in a 3-star review. We completely understand your disappointment.

We are continuously working to improve both our production capacity and customer service so that future customers can receive their orders much faster.

Thank you again for choosing AESWGOF and for your support. We truly appreciate your business, and we hope you enjoy many great rounds of golf with your scooter.

Best regards,

Jon
AESWGOF Team

- Bill Lowing · 2026-06-21 ·

(2026-06-23): Thank you for your valuable feedback.

We will certainly take your suggestions into consideration. We understand that many users naturally expect a press-and-hold action, so the double-tap reverse function can take some time to get used to.

In addition to the user manual, we also provide operation videos guidance. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime. Our team will be happy to provide support and helpful videos to ensure you get the most out of your scooter.

Thank you again for helping us improve our products and customer experience.

- Jason Howe · 2026-06-19 ·

(2026-06-23): Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience.

If you ever have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help.

Thank you again for choosing AESWGOF, and we wish you many enjoyable rounds on the course.

- Robert Bailey · 2026-06-14 ·

(2026-06-17): Hi Robert,

We are truly honored to receive your 5-star review.

Thank you very much for your trust and recognition of both our product and service. Providing high-quality products and reliable support is always our responsibility and commitment.

We hope you continue to enjoy many great golf moments with your AESWGOF scooter. If you ever have any questions or need any assistance in the future, please feel free to contact us at any time — we are always here to help.

Best regards,
AESWGOF Team

(2026-06-17): Thank you very much for your review and kind feedback.

We are really glad to hear that you are enjoying the product and that it performs well on the golf course. Your satisfaction means a lot to us.

Regarding the delivery time, we truly appreciate your understanding. This order was part of a pre-order batch, and it also involved the newly released Pro version launched in mid-March. Due to a high volume of orders in the production queue, shipments were processed in sequence, which resulted in a longer waiting time than usual.

We are continuously working to improve our logistics efficiency so future deliveries can be faster and smoother.

Thank you again for your support and for choosing our product. If you ever have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us at any time.

- Bob Sepic · 2026-06-09 ·

(2026-06-17): Hi Bob,

We are very sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations.

We would like to clarify that all weight and size information is clearly stated on our product page. If this had been checked before purchase or confirmed with us in advance, this situation could likely have been avoided.

The foldable shipping weight of the product (without the battery) is approximately 35 kg, which is considered a heavy-duty design for stability and durability on the golf course.

We understand this may not be suitable for everyone, especially depending on lifting capability and vehicle size.

If you need any assistance regarding after-sales support or even help with resale options, please feel free to contact us at any time. We are always here to help.

We also understand many customers are eager to receive stock as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your feedback.

(2026-06-08): Hi! Thank you for this wonderful review — we’re so glad you’re happy with your GO2 Pro!
We’re thrilled the battery life and motor power are working perfectly for you, and love that it’s getting attention at your club.
Thanks also for your feedback on the auto-run speed and turning. The default walking pace is set for safety, but we’ll keep your thoughts in mind for future improvements.
Happy golfing!

- Joel Rosenkrantz · 2026-06-02

(2026-06-08): Thanks so much for the kind words! We’re thrilled we could help resolve this for you! Appreciate your support.

- Chris Haynes · 2026-06-01 ·

(2026-06-02): Thank you very much for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear that you’re enjoying the trolley and that it has brought the fun back to your golf experience.

Regarding the delivery delay and model version, we understand your concern. At the time your order was placed, it was for the Go2 version rather than the Go2 Pro. Although we did request the warehouse to prioritize the latest version where possible, the Pro model has been experiencing significantly higher demand, which sometimes results in slower fulfillment.

For this reason, your order was fulfilled with the original version from the available stock at that time. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or expectation difference caused by this.

We’re happy to hear that you’ve found a practical solution for the battery placement — that definitely helps improve usability in a similar way to the Pro setup.

Thank you again for your understanding and support, and we hope you continue to enjoy many great rounds with your trolley.

- Lester BLACK · 2026-05-28 ·

(2026-05-28): Thank you so much for your wonderful review and support!

We’re delighted to hear that your new Golf Buggy arrived in Australia on time and is already being enjoyed at Cowra Golf Club

We truly appreciate your recognition of the product quality and engineering. Your feedback motivates us to continue providing reliable products and excellent service.

Thank you again for your trust and support. If you ever have any questions or need assistance in the future, please feel free to contact us anytime — we’ll always be happy to help!

- Fredrik Sandberg · 2026-05-20

(2026-05-28): Thank you for your feedback and for your patience while waiting for your scooter to arrive. We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay, which was caused by weather-related shipping disruptions.
We’re glad to hear that you are happy with the scooter overall. Our instruction manual includes detailed steps for separation and setup.
If there is anything unclear or if you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime — we’ll always be happy to help.

(2026-05-15): Thank you very much for your review and feedback.

We’re very glad to hear that you are satisfied with both the AESWGOF product and our service. When purchasing from us, you are not only buying a product, but also ongoing support and service — so this is exactly what we should provide.

It was a pleasure communicating and working with you. If you encounter any issues or have any questions in the future, please feel free to contact us anytime and we will do our best to help you as quickly as possible.

Best regards,
Jon

- Larry · 2026-05-13 ·

(2026-05-14): Thank you very much for your feedback and review!

We’re very happy to hear that you are pleased with the overall experience and that the cart assembly went smoothly.

Regarding the manual, thank you for your earlier feedback as well. We have now updated the manuals to the latest version for newer models and battery configurations.

Shipping times have also experienced some fluctuations recently due to customs inspections and transportation checks, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the process.

We hope you enjoy your first round on the course today! If you have any questions about the product or need assistance in the future, please feel free to contact us anytime through our official website.

- peter · 2026-05-08

(2026-05-11): We’re very sorry to hear about your experience.

We will improve this in the new version. The previous version has already been discontinued.

If you encounter any issues in the future, please feel free to contact us directly. It is quite unexpected that you had this experience, and we regret that we were not previously made aware of it.

- Golfing Rick · 2026-05-08

(2026-05-11): Thank you for your feedback. We will carefully record your suggestions and forward them to our technical team.
We also appreciate you noticing our new Go2 Pro version. Indeed, in the latest version, we have further improved the walking mode speed control and the battery system for a better overall experience.
If you place another order in the future, we can also try to coordinate an upgrade or provide updated components during shipment to enhance your experience.
Thank you again for your detailed feedback—it is very valuable for our product improvement.

- Jack chan · 2026-04-27 ·

(2026-05-05): Thank you very much for your kind feedback and support.

We truly appreciate your recognition of both our product design and communication service. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed using the trolley and that your friends are also interested in it.

Providing good service is our responsibility, and we will continue to improve both our products and customer experience.

Thank you again for your trust and support.

- Golf walker · 2026-04-26 ·

(2026-04-27): Hey Raymond, glad to hear you received the product and are enjoying it.
Thank you very much for your positive review, recognition, and thoughtful suggestions. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Regarding the golf bag tray, we have already made it slightly wider in our latest version. As for your suggestions about the curved design and longer securing straps, we will definitely pass them along to our engineers for further improvement.

If you have any questions or need any assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime. We are always happy to help.
