First, the quality of this bow was unacceptable. I say that as someone who owns ten of your bows, including six Tatar models. Years ago, one of my takedown Tatar bows failed—the bottom limb collapsed during the draw. This time, the bow exploded in my hand at full draw. My shooting glove was damaged, debris struck my glasses, and I was fortunate not to be injured. A failure of this magnitude should never occur.

Second, the after‑sale customer service was equally disappointing. Not once did any representative acknowledge the seriousness of what happened, offer an apology, or extend a goodwill gesture to a long‑time customer who narrowly avoided injury due to a defective product. That lack of empathy and accountability erodes customer trust.

Third, the service process itself was frustrating. I’m not sure how many agents were involved, but aside from the first person I spoke with, no one seemed to have a clear understanding of the situation. I received contradictory messages later in the process, and at that point I gave up trying to resolve the issue. From my perspective, continuing would have been a pointless waste of time.
