I would have felt more comfortable receiving more updates about the tracking of my order. I took longer than I thought it should have. I received the package yesterday. And to be honest, the packaging could have been better, more or maybe some protection. ### ★★★★☆ Worth giving them a shot - Tim Chocklett · 2026-07-21 Glasses look cheap but actually do a good job. Vision is clear and doesn't darken too much. ### ★★★★☆ It is a good and worthy product - Thomas Sestito · 2026-07-14 It is a good and worthy product, but I took one star off because there were no written instructions with it, unless you count the pictures on the box. They show no parts list, and I have no idea what the one separate part is even used for. That is typical of Chinese made products. I want to know what the separate part is used for and how it goes on. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! ### ★★★★☆ Quick and satisfactory resolution of… - customer · 2026-07-07 Quick and satisfactory resolution of the concern. ### ★★★☆☆ No zap in the day when bugs are out - Kathy Hayden · 2026-07-01 I really like the product look! disappointed in how it works only at night, unless I'm missing a switch ### ★★★★★ great product - Carmel Garry · 2026-06-30 great product - no hands on clothes required ### ★★★☆☆ The concept of this ‘mop’ is great - Twana · 2026-06-27 The concept of this ‘mop’ is great. However, there weren’t any instructions on how to put it together. There is one piece that I couldn’t figure out what to do with. The handle is way too short. ### ★★★☆☆ No instructions in English - Bob · 2026-06-25 No instructions in English. Printed on outside of box in Chinese. Product was shipped from Portugal, yet it was Chinese manufactured and then mailed to me from Chicago. Took almost one month to arrive. ### ★★★★★ Great service and mop - SHERIAN · 2026-06-19 I was concerned when I saw this was coming from overseas, so it took 3 weeks to arrive but I was kept informed as to its location continuously.
