Exceptional experience. - Vishesh Arora · 2026-10-16 I had a few heavy weight goods to be delivered from Singapore to New Delhi. After going through a series of different logistics/freighter companies, came across APML. First contact only was with Mr. Mayank. Since then it has been a super smooth process. From explaining everything about the prices, packing, timeline till delivery. The goods were delivered exactly as per the timeline. I was informed at every step from picking up as per convenience in Singapore to packing to sea freight to customs to delivery. All in all a wonderful experience and high professionalism from Mr. Mayank and team. No damages too. ### ★★★★★ Highly recommending - Sangeetha Ramakrishnan · 2026-09-22 Really loved their service. Mayank helped me throughout the process and was very proactive and supportive to make the shipping very smooth. The only issue I faced was that the local shipping management was not good. ### ★★★★★ Great experience with Agarwal packers and movers - Eswar · 2026-05-16 It was a great experience to send the shipment from Singapore to Kochi (India). The personal from Agarwal movers and packers, Mr. Mayank was very helpful right from the beginning till the sea courier was successfully delivered at doorstep. Clarified all the queries and was always accessible in WhatsApp. Incredible job by APML team. The shipment was picked up at doorstep & received it right on time within 20 days at the destination without any follow-ups or hassle. I would recommend anyone with similar requirements should consider APML as trusted partner for hassle free experience ### ★☆☆☆☆ STAY AWAY - Johnny M · 2026-05-09 STAY AWAY – Do not use their services. They grossly underestimated the quotation and demonstrated poor planning, execution, and overall service throughout the move. To make matters worse, they added last-minute surprise charges and effectively held our cargo hostage until we paid very high additional charges for items that were never clearly mentioned in the exclusions or initial agreement. Highly unprofessional and stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to AVOID using this company. ### ★★★★★ highly recommended they are the… - Manish Srivastav · 2026-03-31 highly recommended they are the professional's ### ★☆☆☆☆ They lie about the fees! - Aditi Jalan · 2026-03-23 They lie about the fees! in reality, they charge you all kinds of additional fees when your items arrive in the destination. They are also non-responsive and will find any excuse to delay your shipment ### ★☆☆☆☆ the worst moving company in Singapour - GROUPE BERTON · 2024-06-26 the worst moving company in Singapour they hold one of our shipment and billed us extra charges for stupid reason they billed extra charges without any PROOF ### ★★★★★ Move from Chennai to Singapore - Mohamed Akmal · 2024-06-07 Move from Chennai to Singapore Had a very pleasant experience moving our household items from Chennai to Singapore. The packing team in Chennai was meticulous in their packing methods to ensure everything was intact when it arrived at its destination. The team that delivered the goods in Singapore were very thorough in navigating the moving rules and unpacking/setting up everything. No request was too small or ignored. The Ops team in Singapore was fantastic following up and updating the progress of the shipment. ### ★★★★☆ The overall experience working with Sylvia in Mumbai was satisfactoryas - Jayant Prabhu · 2024-02-29 The overall experience working with APML was satisfactory from engagement to delivery. All goods, baring few glass items were in good condition. if any gap in their service, i could point to weak communication and very little SOP set up. As customer i found difficulty in tracking my shipment. i was able to contact hot line but found it difficult to get proper reply. while concept of getting prompt update is good it was not to be as there was no info on Shipment tracker provide at engagement point. ### ★★★★★ From the time of enquiring about… - ISHA NATH SINGH · 2024-02-18 From the time of enquiring about shipment from Singapore to India we always got prompt and informative reply. Packing of the goods was very professional and to our satisfaction. We also found the quotation very reasonable compared to the services given so far. Once the goods reaches India, we will share our feedback again. ### ★★★★★ Great service with speed and care - Puneet Arora · 2024-01-30 We used APML move our stuff from Singapore to Goa. We had already moved to India so APML had to pack luggage independently without any supervision. I must commend them on their service, care and responsibility. Everything went smoothly. They are also very well versed with India customs rules and regulations and managed to get our luggage cleared promptly. I would like to especially call out Sylvia Cabral - she was extremely helpful, responsive and on top of everything. Sylvia really helped us through the entire process and managed to get our luggage quickly to us.
