Warmly, Your AgelessRx Team ### ★☆☆☆☆ 订购了 Trimix，发送了肽... (2026-08-04): Hi Nate, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us; feedback like this matters, and we're truly sorry to hear that things didn't go the way you had hoped. As a Longevity Telehealth provider, your health and safety are always our top priority, and we never want a patient to feel unheard or unsupported. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't meet your expectations or align with what you were hoping to achieve. Transparency and patient education are extremely important to us. Our peptide patients are required to review and acknowledge detailed informed consent materials and complete medication specific intake forms prior to medical review or approval, ensuring patients have the information needed to make informed decisions. While the specific product you mentioned isn't currently part of our portfolio, we do offer a range of other options designed to support similar health and wellness goals, and we'd genuinely welcome the chance to help you find something that's a better fit. Kindly, Your AgelessRx Team ### ★☆☆☆☆ 根本不值得。 (2026-08-06): Hi Kevin, Thank you for sharing this feedback. We always aim to provide the best possible experience, and we're sorry to hear that wasn't the case here. We understand how frustrating it can be to not see results as quickly as hoped, we'd encourage sticking with your prescribed protocol for at least 90 days to give your body time to adjust. On storage: handling needs can vary by medication, and some formulations maintain potency in transit as long as the vial stays sealed. That said, we can certainly understand concerns regarding refrigeration especially in the warmer months and we’re always happy to share transit and stability studies so you can feel confident in your medication's integrity. We see you're already in touch with our support team and they are working to address your concerns. Please don’t hesitate to each out if there is anything else we can do to assist. We look forward to continuing to support you on your longevity journey. (2026-08-05): Hi Jason! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
