I ordered four pieces of clothing that looked really interesting. When they arrived, and I took the first piece of clothing out of its plastic bag my hands actually began to feel strange so there’s some sort of bizarre sizing chemical in the clothes. The workmanship is awful. I have written to them regarding a refund, and where my cost was $89 they have offered me eight dollars refund and told me to keep the clothes. I have gone back to them to keep negotiating. While the clothes look wonderful on the website, in reality, they are not very well put together. Do not get taken by this company. They are absolutely from overseas because their English in speaking to me about my refund is very very poor although they use English names in terms of their customer contact people.
Their clothing designs look terrific so it is sad the execution is so poor. I was taken by their “sale” prices. I will let American Express know.
I recently ordered four garments. Delivery was prompt and correct. The fabric designs are sensational, as displayed in the photos, but the garments’ quality is terrible. Fabrics are not as claimed, not a scrap of natural fibre, sewing is shoddy, and sizing is incomprehensible.
Poor quality, unwearable, nothing like advertised.
Dreadful, unwearable dungarees.
Vile fabric (claimed they were linen), poorly made and not as shown in the pictures on the website.
So disgusted with them. Awaiting returns information. Sizing is way off, skimmed my ankles and I'm only 5'2". Claimed they were coming from USA, they've arrived after weeks and weeks from China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Images were helpful and if the garments match the images I will be very happy. However, the sizing conversion guides varied a great deal across the different garments I looked at - this was confusing. I would recommend a uniform approach to the sizing conversion charts if possible. I have my fingers crossed that I will still be happy when the garments arrive.
Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! The quality of clothing is terrible. Customer service is non-existent and forget about returning a defective item. Hard lesson learned.
Blouse was tiny even though I ordered an XL, so their sizing is off. The fabric feels plastic-y and thin, and when I tried to make a return on my purchase of $24 they offered me a refund of $2 and told me to sell the shirt elsewhere to make some money!!!

The fabric was polyester like plastic, the print was wrong, the sizing is way off, a 5XL is about a size 16 AU. I was so disgusted. I have been trying for a return postal address and a refund which is proving very difficult. I feel like I’m dealing with a bot!
I have had to lodge a complaint with PayPal, hopefully they can help.
Will not buy from them again.
The print in the photo was from Japanese art and the advertisement says cotton linen blend, the cut looked great. I did not get what was in the photo!!! The design was different with the Japanese wave art mixed in with Chinese bright pink flower design. A shocker really, I guess they do this for copyright purposes. The cut is not the same as in the photo and the fabric is 100% polyester and cheap variety at that. AVOID this company. I guess I am niaeve believing what is on the net.

Never buying from them again.
Love the designs and prices. Wish there was more information about returns should those be necessary. Also, wish there was information about when to expect delivery. It would also be nice to be able to sign up for texts about delivery dates. Waiting to receive the items I bought to assess the quality of the material and fit.
I love all of your styles and fabrics!! While I do occasionally order online, I have never seen your ads before. If the merchandise I ordered is as good as it looks and as timely, I will definitely become a return customer.
Disappointed with the time it took for me to complete my purchase trying to pay seemed somewhat difficult. As regards the products available, they look amazing and can’t wait to see my items when they arrive. I will be happy to review my purchases once they arrive.
