Figured ide give them a try again. I ordered a 5/8” set of checkerboards and a 5/8” set of pink stone one white gold. It took over a month and a half of being told “made to order custom checkerboards” nowhere on their website was this said or explained and nowhere did it say the item was back ordered. Whatever I decided to wait. After a month and a half of waiting I was excited to open up the box and see they half a** packaged them and SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE ! Now I’m no expert but 9/16 and 5/8 are significantly different when it comes to tunnels oh and don’t get me started on the price difference if 10-20 dollars a size! I have yet to receive a response and a refund offer and will no longer be doing business with this drop shipper company. I was ready to order a few set for my mother and wife as well.
