These guys did not disappoint, I got my tunnels and love them. I'm for sure going to order more but if you do order from them just know that it takes a good min to get the order but honestly worth the wait.

I got the silver tunnels with the jewels along the inside and they’re the coolest gauges I’ve ever seen. I ordered 19mm gauges but they happened to be too small. I was able to get a quick response within hours about the issue on Facebook and they are working with me by sending a new pair a size up. Haven’t gotten the replacement yet but the communication has been great.

This company decided after I had bad experience with them and leaving a review of my experience that they would send me a poorly written and unfounded legal threat that according to my attorney would be a possible violation of the statute of the Consumer Review Fairness Act. They demanded I remove my review and make a public apology. I’ve never seen a company handle a bad review so poorly. I’m sure all these sudden positive reviews flooding their page are totally real………..

I ordered a pair of gauges beginning of this February, can’t remember a specific date. I emailed costumer service & they’re very helpful, the communication is great. After I got my gauges delivered, I started wearing them today & I loved them. I do wanna get another pair from this specific website again. 😎👍🏻

I've ordered two times from this website. Although they could do a better job with providing tracking, the jewelry exceeded expectations. The two I got were the 8k gold and black zircon and the tungsten with moissanite both in 19mm.

Extremely Disappointed - False Advertising, Terrible Customer Service, and Low-Quality Products I’m writing this review to share the frustrating experience my buddy and I had with Akakgo. Before my buddy placed his order, I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times with a custom inquiry, but I never received any response. It’s extremely unprofessional and disappointing to be ignored when trying to ask important questions before making a purchase. Despite the lack of customer service, my buddy decided to go ahead and place an order, but the product he received was nothing like what was advertised. The quality was incredibly poor, and it was nowhere near the standard shown on their website. Overall, this experience was a complete letdown. False advertising, terrible customer service, and a low-quality product have left us with no intention of ever ordering from them again. I highly suggest avoiding Akakgo at all costs.
