We sincerely apologize for the stress and confusion you experienced during your vehicle transport. On 12/22, you advised us that you wanted to change your drop-off date to 12/30, and we immediately notified the port of the updated schedule. We regret that this adjustment still caused some inconvenience upon arrival. Regarding the delivery, we apologize for the confusion about the meeting location with the driver. The carrier should have been clearer about where he intended to meet you, and we understand how this added to your frustration. We always strive to provide door-to-door delivery; however, in certain circumstances, the carrier may need to ask the customer to meet them at a safe and legal location. As outlined in our Terms of Agreement, if pickup or delivery at the agreed-upon location is impossible or impracticable due to weight restrictions, low trees, small roads, or other obstacles, customers may be asked to meet the driver for loading or unloading. We understand that this experience was stressful, and we are truly sorry that the service did not meet your expectations.
