Judy, a cancellation handled within minutes and a smooth reorder with the correct info. That is exactly how it should work! Our Alaya customer service team takes pride in being fast. Thank you for the kind words.

AB, switching from Vital Proteins after comparing ingredients is the kind of informed decision we respect. Our five types of collagen in one formula is what sets us apart, and we are glad the packaging and delivery have been up to standard. Welcome to Alaya!

Mary, three months with the capsules and improvements is great! We love that our formula already includes MSM, glucosamine, and chondroitin so you do not need to buy them separately. Welcome to the subscription! Thank you.

Kevin, thank you for sharing this and for being part of the Alaya family! We're so glad Alaya has become part of your daily routine.
