(2026-06-03): Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the customs charges were higher than expected. We would like to clarify that we do offer free shipping to Canada, and we fully honored that commitment as no shipping charge was applied to your order. However, free shipping does not include customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or other import fees that may be assessed by the destination country. As a U.S.-based company, we do not collect, receive, or determine these charges, and we are unable to predict the amount that customs authorities may assess. For transparency, information regarding potential customs and import charges for international orders is displayed on our product pages prior to purchase. We appreciate your feedback and understand that unexpected import charges can be frustrating. We will continue working to make this information as clear as possible for our international customers. (2026-06-03): Thank you for your kind words.
