Good Prices but very bad support!
I had an issue with my headphones after occasionally using it for 3 month (left speaker is dead),which is really a production defect since i only use it at my desk rarely.
After countless exchanges of videos and pictures they only tried to push the fault back to me. Like i damage the headphone or that i have to "expect" it to break after using it occasionally.
Also refused to stick to their own warranty and return policy.
Next time will definitely order somewhere else!
AllBuy claims a very liberal refund, exchange and warranty. But this is fake.
I bought a product that was defective. AllBuy will continue to ask for videos until you give up. Issue was resolved through a PayPal dispute.

Actually i bough earphones for Rs.1000 from india. In Next day after payment they have cancelled my order and it was shown as RefundSucess. But i didn't get my money back . Even in mails also they didn't replied. All AllBuy is fake fake. Please don't buy from this site friends

Order was never delivered. After three months order seems to be stuck in Malaysia. Refund is not processed. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I ordered about 6 items over the last few months from Germany. Everything came as fast as possible, as its been sent from China. It´s always a good price and they don´t spam my email account. 10/10 would order again.
Great products and prices becomes useless if products never arrive
I ordered 6 items (5 different items, 1 twice) from Allbuy on June 11th. It is July 22nd and I have received 2 items out of the 6. no news about the other ones, Allbuy customer support keeps telling me to "please wait more". No tracking info, no updates, nothing.
In the meantime, I was able to order other products from GearBest (one of AllBuy's competitor) and got my products shipped and delivered in 13 days! I am getting close to 45 days with Allbuy, this is unacceptable.
It is one thing to have long delays (which I was expecting since the products are shipped from China), but it's another to keep your customers in the dark. They either sell products they do not have in stock, or simply do not ship fast enough, I don't know.
If you find their products interesting, look on the Net, there are other (and better) alternatives than this company.
I will not buy from again, despite their great prices.
I'd rather pay a little more and make sure I actually get the products I paid for.
