所有现代都是 Wayfair。我在 Wayfair 上的糟糕经历也影响到了它的卫星公司 l。五月份订购了 Storkcraft Santos 6 Olive 梳妆台，被告知很快就会发货。几天后，梳妆台现已缺货，交货日期为 8 月 5 日。我和妻子决定等一等，因为我们要到八月中旬才需要婴儿的梳妆台。与 8/1 联系以确保梳妆台按时发货。

我今天登录查看发货详细信息，发现新的发货日期为 10 月 16 日。疯狂 - 打电话给客户服务人员看看是什么。 
回复：我听到你在说什么。由于您的商品目前缺货，我们无法保证具体的交货日期，我了解这对您和您的家人来说有多重要。
一名代理商证实该公司已发货，而其他公司则在发表废话。客户服务很差，总体体验很差，不是第一次了。为我回去感到羞耻。我永远不会从 All Modern/Wayfair 或与他们相关的任何人那里购买东西
