Alpine Swiss

Hi Nancy, We are sorry to hear that we can only earn a 1 star rating from you due to a shoe size fitting not as expected by a half size. Each manufacturer fit may differ and we offer measurements on most our listings. We hope that your service experience and ease of purchase, return and customer support are also ratings you can consider for the purchase. We also send product review requests for which this review may be more appropriately matched. This particular request was a business review and not a product review.

Thank you for sharing your experience Stephen. Happy to hear that we were able to properly respond and issue your refund for the package fedex was unable to deliver. We are unfortunately not able to control the delivery issue the carrier had with your package. I do not think the issue is related to our service or product. Please let us know if we can do anything further to earn a higher rating from you.

Hello Peter, Can you please check the if you intended to leave this review for our business. www.alpineswiss.com? We are based in Los Angeles and only operate in the US. If this is meant for another company please be sure to update the website you are leaving this comment for. Thank you!

Hello Kenneth, you had ordered the black color size Large but no worries, we have a free return policy, if this was not the color you intended to order, i have asked our customer support to reach out to you to arrange a free return for a full refund for this purchase. I did confirm the gray and black stripe is in stock for the large size. So you can get the version you like currently.
