The Trading Operating System for Active Crypto Traders 回复2025-11-25
Hello, and thank you for being part of the Altrady family. We’re really sorry to hear that you feel this way, we truly aim to make our promotions as clear and transparent as possible.
Regarding the Black Friday offer, our intention was never to mislead. The banner on our website clearly states: “Get 40% off with Altrady’s yearly plan and take the lead.” This is accurate, as the yearly plan indeed receives a 40% discount during the promotion period.
We also sent multiple emails explaining that this Black Friday offer replaces our regular yearly discount, and the in-app notification pop-up further breaks down the pricing with the correct information displayed.
We genuinely do our best to keep prices competitive while providing a high-quality platform and support experience. That being said, your feedback is valuable, and we will review how we communicate discounts to make everything even clearer in future promotions.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts, it helps us improve.
