### ★☆☆☆☆ Pictures on website are not even close to reality
- Unsatisfied customer · 2026-03-18

If I could include a picture I would, because it is actually funny how ridiculous the hat I received was, it was absolute garbage. They sent what appeared to be a formed hat in a plastic bag, so you can imagine how that went, but the quality was so bad that even had it been in a box it was not even close to the picture on their website. They offered a partial refund, with no details, or I can pay to ship it back to China. Lesson learned, this company is basically a scam.

### ★☆☆☆☆ This company is terrible!!
- S. COLEMAN · 2026-02-06

This company is terrible! The pictures they use to lure you look nothing like the total garbage they send out. They take forever to get your items to you. When you try to return it they start offering you discounts to keep it. When you refuse, they tell you tat you have o pay all if the return shipping and they are only going to credit the clothing but not the price to ship it to you. They are scammers just ripping people off.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Deceiving photos
- Sarah Mehdizadegan · 2025-11-20

The photos on their website and what I actually received are from two completely different worlds.
