Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Amino Club came recommended by a friend. Communication was excellent and tracking info was updated immediately. Unfortunately my first order was misplaced by Fed Ex. Amino Club sent another order free. After about ten days my original order showed up. I told customer service and was willing to pay for it. They still wouldn’t charge me because of the delay! Says a lot about their integrity. I will update about product review shortly. Haven’t been on long enough to leave an honest review. But my friend is shredded.

Amino club has the business done right. COAs are up to date. The shipping is flawless, fast and customer service is top notch. Had a package that was miss delivered due to courier error, but the support team just sort it out immediately and sent out a full replacement with no fees! WOW! I have ordered from Amino Club quite a few times since April 2026 til now and they have top notch product and amazing customer service! I have purchased from this company now 3 times. The first time my product had extremely delayed shipping despite qualifying for “2 day shipping” as it stated on my order. Second vial arrived with no issues. My third vial arrived in damaged packaging with the purple cap detached from the vial. I reported this as there is no way to verify that the product has remained sterile in transport. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, I provided proof, they are instead arguing that the cap is supposed to come off and the vial is in fact stable - like they have any idea of what could have contaminated it during the shipping process or they can verify that the rubber stopper wasn’t removed and replaced once it left their facility. I do not trust this company to be reputable any longer and their customer service to paying customers speaks volumes. There are other peptide companies out there, time to give them a try. Edit I would like to share how they speak to their customers- mind you I never requested a replacement I only reported the damaged item. “We've reviewed the photos twice now and the answer hasn't changed. The inner seal on the vial is intact, so the product itself is unaffected. The cap and the outer box are there to absorb impact in transit, and that's exactly what they did. There's no replacement on this order. That's our final answer on it.” Beyond unprofessional.

Hi Caitlin, We’re sorry, both for the damaged packaging and for how our previous reply came across. That message was blunt in a way it shouldn't have been, and we understand why it read as dismissive. On the product itself: the outer box and cap are designed to absorb impact so the inner seal doesn't have to, and in your photos that seal is intact - which is a good sign for the vial. But you reported this in good faith and raised a fair concern, and "that's our final answer" was the wrong way to meet it. You never asked for a replacement, but we'd like to offer one anyway as a gesture of good faith, or a refund if you'd rather. Cake didn’t dissolve
Vial I got would not properly reconstitute and had significant precipitate after inverting and letting it rest for 30 minutes. Customer service stated “Once a product has been reconstituted, we're not able to verify the cause on our end.…” But how else do you know if it’s bad or not if not reconstructed??? There are so many other peptide companies so I recommend you use another.

First Class treatment
This is the first time we have used amino club. Out order is lost or delayed somehow, I very simply sent an email explaining the issue… They had me verify my email address and didn’t ask anymore questions. The next thing I know they shipped me a new order and it wasn’t on the way in less than an hour.
