You placed your order on May 18, and we shipped it on May 22, which is within our standard 3 to 5 business day processing window. That said, UPS apparently decided to take the scenic route through Texas. We did experience a delay getting your package out due to a backlog on some of the items in your order. That is completely on us, and we understand it is not ideal. We know how frustrating this was, especially when you planned ahead and still ended up looking like the villain in your own household. That is not the experience we ever want to deliver. We also understand that standard timelines do not mean much when you are under Eid-level pressure. Add a UPS detour, and suddenly you are explaining logistics to your family like you run a distribution center. On a side note, was not Eid on June 6 this year? You still received the items on June 2, right? Or was this a different Eid? Just want to make sure we understand what went wrong.
