I reached out with a feature request, and they responded quickly and professionally. To my surprise, the improvement I suggested was already implemented in the next update. The latest version (3.10.0) works perfectly, and the new option does exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate their fast communication and the fact that they genuinely listen to user feedback. Highly recommended — it’s rare to see such responsive and customer‑focused support. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Their media compressing/manipulating… - Johnathan Taylor · 2026-02-08 Their media compressing/manipulating programs all rely upon an illegal pirated copies of GPLv3 licensed distributed illegally in a closed sourced commercial program. Normally FFMPEG.EXE from ffmpeg.org It is a common trait of Chinese developers to steal the Intellectual Property of other developers and pass them off as their own work. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I logged into my amoyshare account and… - Enigma Andrews · 2026-02-01 I logged into my amoyshare account and i paid over a year ago now for the lifetime aacount but it won.t allow me to download anything. > 商家回复 (2026-03-02): Dear Enigma, We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. On their site they claim that [this software] "can accurately retrieve metadata from multiple sources like MusicBrainz, YouTube, Spotify, etc. Simply upload your file, and this music tag editor will automatically recognize it and fetch the correct metadata from the corresponding database." No, that's not true. On a COVER of a Beatles song from another artist (that I had downloaded from one of the three sites they mentione) this app wrongly changed the "unknown" artist tag to "the Beatles". Useless for me. Be certain that you try before you buy! Review by Johan Dada > 商家回复 (2026-01-14): Hello, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that the artist information for your cover songs was not matched correctly. We’d like to let you know that we’ve recently improved our music metadata matching system to address exactly this type of issue. In the latest update, we have introduced an enhanced audio recognition (“listen and identify”) feature. With this improvement, even if a song’s artist name is listed as “unknown”, ID3Genius music tag editor can now accurately identify and match the correct artist, genre, and other metadata. This feature is especially effective for cover songs like yours. Please update to the latest version, v3.7.0, and then try matching the files again to see whether the issue persists. We are determined to get your program working perfectly. If the issue still persists, please email the affected music files to support@amoyshare.com, and our technical team will carefully analyze the files and do their very best to resolve the issue for you. Best regards, AmoyShare Support Team ### ★★★★★ Works well, thanks - Continental Nobleman · 2025-11-15 The AmoyShare applications Jean and I have always found to be reliable.
