The rear hub motor cable developed damage where it exits the axle, leaving the bike unusable. I had not cut, modified, or repaired the wiring. Initially, the physical wire damage was excluded from warranty coverage. After communicating with customer support and providing the requested photos and information, the factory eventually approved a replacement motor at no charge. However, I was still responsible for approximately $85 in international shipping. I appreciate that AMYET ultimately approved the replacement motor, but the process took effort, and having to pay international shipping for a warranty replacement was disappointing. I recommend that potential buyers ask about warranty coverage for motor wiring and who pays shipping costs for replacement parts before purchasing. I only received one side of the disk break pads and then when I ordered the other side I only got the same side again and no full sets. I have to order again and have like eight pairs of one side lol its not a big deal but I do need the right side and not the left I thought I ordered the set to begin with but ordered wrong due to the miss match on the first order. now I can only replace the one set I got one of each side with both orders and had three of the same side with each order I don't know what happened honestly but It is one set just a lot of extra of one side. like seven lefts. What happened: We contacted Amyet, an online ebike retailer from whom we previously purchased 2 G60 bikes, to purchase a battery for one of the e-bikes. In response to our voicemail, we received a callback from a representative named Johnny Jackson, calling from 901-310-5946. He instructed us to send payment of $180 via Ria. He then claimed the payment had not gone through, so we sent a second $180 payment — resulting in two successful transfers totaling $360. We never received any email confirmation of a purchase. When we requested a refund for the overpayment, the representative tried to convince us to send additional money, claiming that was the only way to get our refund — which we refused to do. We also attempted to reach the company via customer service email but received no response. Separately, Johnny Jackson put us on the phone with someone claiming to be his manager, who sent a Yahoo verification code to our cell phone and appeared to be attempting to log into our email account without a password. We refused to share the code. The original controller keeps overheating and they told me its brand new so it should be fine, but its not fine, its overheating and i can only ride dor a mile or so before it shuts the bike down.
