I paid $65.98 for MirrorTo and the Unlimited Devices add-on specifically to use USB-Pro with my iPhone. My order confirmation said “3 day free trial,” yet my card was charged immediately. USB-Pro would not work. After I tried two different networks, support admitted in writing that the feature was temporarily unavailable. Bluetooth control also failed for me. I requested a full refund within ONE HOUR of purchase, during the advertised trial period. Support initially responded with explanations about “Pay Later,” then acknowledged that I had not chosen to delay payment. Instead of refunding me, they offered 30%, then 50%, saying their supervisor had approved that decision. To me, advertising a trial, taking immediate payment, and refusing a full refund when the feature I purchased is unavailable feels like a scam. This was not a change of mind—their own support confirmed the feature was unavailable. I have screenshots documenting the payment and their responses. At the time of writing, they have not agreed to a full refund. I paid for the software to remove Google FRP from multiple android phones (Samsung & Redmi, both of which they claim it would work on) & it didn't do anything. I have also tried to remove screen lock from iPhone 6s but I also didn't work. I have contacted customer support for a refund & their excuse was the software didn't work because a hardware issue with my devices. They thought they could only give me a 30% refund, as a good gesture.
