The manager said it would be shipped within the week, but that never happened. For the next two months I kept receiving promises that it would be sent “next week”, but the order was never shipped. Eventually they stopped responding to my messages completely. In the end I had to open a dispute through PayPal to try to get my money back. I purchased an inverter less than a year ago, and unfortunately it has never worked properly since the day it was installed. I contacted support several times and performed all the tests requested together with their technician. The datalogger connects correctly to Wi-Fi and the internet, but it does not communicate with the inverter, so it cannot read the inverter parameters or the battery data. Their colleague previously informed me that the communication board inside the inverter would be sent to solve the problem. However, the board was never shipped. Instead, after months of waiting and repeated tests, I was even asked to pay €50 for shipping. This is very disappointing. When a product is defective and has never worked, customers should receive proper support and a quick solution under warranty. I work professionally with battery storage systems and have collaborated with several manufacturers. In my experience, serious companies take responsibility for defective products and solve problems quickly. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience here. I hope the company will finally take responsibility and resolve this issue. After the payment, the seller completely stopped responding. I sent multiple emails and messages via WhatsApp, but received no replies at all. The only way I managed to get my money back was by opening a PayPal dispute. Thankfully, PayPal refunded the payment, but the time wasted cannot be recovered. If anyone from Ukraine (or any other country) decides to take the risk and buy something from this website, use PayPal only. This is the only reason I did not lose my money. Bei Fehlern muß das ganze Gerät verschrottet werden, da keine Reparaturmöglichkeit oder Ersatzteilversorgung geboten wird! Nach Installation eines Anenji HHS II 3,6kW Inverters und ca. 2kWh Batteriekapazität zur Aufladung meines Hybrid-Fahrzeuges schaltete der Anenji Wechselrichter immer nach max. 70 min ab obwohl Sonnen- und Batterieleistung verfügbar waren. Nach 2 Monaten fiel der Hybrid Inverter vollends aus, keine Anzeige, keine Ausgangsspannung. Anenji versprach Unterstützung, gab Prüfhinweise und diagnostizierte dann den Ausfall der Steuerplatine. Schließlich verweigerte Anenji die Lieferung einer Steuerplatine, die Rücksendung an ein Reparaturzentrum und stellte die WA Kommunikation ein. Die gleiche Erfahrung, großartige Support-Versprechen, Hinhalten per WApp, dann Einstellung der Kommunikation haben auch andere Käufer gemacht. Finger weg von Anenji!!! Beware of Anenji because of absolutely no support in case of problems! You have to scrap any faulty Anenji equipment! My experience: I installed an Anenji MPPT 3.6KW Off-Grid Solar-Wechselrichter 100A Hybrid 230Vac 24V 500V in June 2023 with 2 kW Solar panels and 1,5 kWh battery to charge a hybrid EV in my garage. However whatever the settings the inverter turned off after less than 70min for unknown grounds; solar or battery power was still available. After about 2 months the inverter completely failed, no display, no output anymore. Anenji immediately shifted the communication from ebay messages to WhatsApp, firstly promised to help, asked questions, gave suggestions and finally diagnosed failure of control board as rootcause. Eventually they refused to supply a new control board but in the end stopped any communication! I can confirm that the hardware looks pretty good but the software/firmware may have problems (glitches that turn off the inverter?) and above all, there is no support at all. I have made the same experience as ebay user 1***k (818): „Buyer beware, don't expect any warranty or return if faulty. My unit faulty, returned at my expense, seller refused to accept delivery. Had to get refund from PayPal. Shame could have been a good item. Good comms via WhatsApp but lied at end.“ Ebay is of no help, they don’t care that Anenji refuses to give any sort of support or garantee.
