I never received an email saying they had been shipped, or with any tracking information. I emailed them multiple times since the 27th of Novemeber and have yet to receive a response. I spent €200 on these shoes which included insurance for lost/stolen/damaged goods. To say i am appalled is an understatement. Still have not received my order or got a response to my multiple emails. Do not order from here as I feel it may be a scam!!!! Poor customer service if they are a genuine company. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Havent received my order tried emailing… - Louise · 2025-12-17 Havent received my order tried emailing at least 10 times now and not had an answer ### ★☆☆☆☆ Don’t waste your money - Jess O'Brien · 2024-12-17 Dodgy Chinese company with poor quality products not worth the money.
