My husband ordered an emblem for his 2025 Toyota 4Runner, and it is completely defective. It doesn't sit flat or follow the vehicle's curve; it just sticks out. When we asked for a refund, the company claimed it was our fault for ordering the wrong part. However, our invoice clearly shows we ordered the correct item for his specific model. They are flat-out lying to avoid honoring their own return policy. They will say anything to keep your hard-earned money. Take your business somewhere else or you will be disappointed as well!" (2026-04-20): Hello Merary, Thank you for your feedback, but we have never sold the product you said.
