I followed their shoe guide, thinking they would probably be too small and once they got to me they were too short just like I thought. I've been trying to exchange the shoes for my correct size and they want to charge me $30 more for the 2 pairs of sandals! That's more than my original payment!!!! I just want to exchange them for 2 pairs that would fit!!! I'm very unhappy about this because they were just what I wanted!!! I have a very difficult time finding shoes that would work! One pair fit but the other pair was smaller. I contacted the company and was vehemently argued with. I frequently order online and once in a while, a mistake gets made. An ethical company that wants to keep its customers and a good reputation will work with the customer to make right the situation. This did not happy with Anuyn. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I was prepared to order more shoes because the one pair did fit well and was comfortable.
