Dear Gary Falk， Thank you for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the terrible experience you had with us. To confirm, your order has now been fully completed. However, that does not undo the frustration and inconvenience we caused you. At the start of the new season, we experienced a much higher volume of orders than expected. As a result, we ran out of stock on several items you purchased, which led to delays in fulfilling your order. We fully acknowledge that we failed to communicate this clearly to you. You should never have been asked to sit in-game for 5 hours waiting for an invite without any proper notification via email or other channels. That was unacceptable, and we will be changing our process to ensure customers are kept informed in a timely manner. Regarding the rude customer service you mentioned — we take this very seriously. We will be strengthening our team's professional training to ensure that every interaction is respectful, helpful, and meets the standard our customers deserve. Please rest assured that this is being addressed internally. We do not take your 1-star review lightly. We believe the 4.5 rating we currently have reflects many customers' positive experiences, but your review makes it clear that we still have serious problems to fix — especially during peak seasons. Your feedback will help us improve. Thank you again for your patience, and we deeply regret that we let you down. Best regards, The AOEAH Team

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback — and thank you for giving us multiple chances with your three orders. We completely understand your frustration, and you are right to expect better from us. Because we sell items across many different games, and each game contains a large number of individual products, our inventory can sometimes update more slowly than we would like. If you'd prefer to avoid waiting for out‑of‑stock items, please feel free to message us before placing an order in our live chat or email , we’ll be happy to check stock for you in advance We are actively working to improve our delivery efficiency across all servers, and your feedback helps us prioritize where we need to do better. Thank you again for your patience and for helping us improve. Sincerely, The AOEAH Team
