Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers consistently stated that the items received looked nothing like the televised advertisements, instead resembling very cheap plastic novelty toys or costume pieces. People also strongly mentioned that the products were completely unusable, poorly made, and ultimately a total waste of money. However, some customers also noted that trying to get a refund or contacting support was completely impossible. Reviewers additionally experienced major shipping delays, unhelpful communication, and received zero responses to their numerous emails. Many consumers repeatedly warned others to avoid this company due to negative experiences.

I noticed the invoice e amount was 70% higher than what I agreed to pay… 6 immediate e-mails to the company to halt the transaction were ignored and they replied ‘we have sent your product already’… I haven’t received it to compare POOR QUALITY reported, it don’t want the product from a company that overcharged me by 70%. STAY AWAY from them :/
I would like to thank everyone who posted I always go to trust pilot before buying anything and for sure won’t be buying toy dentures from this scamming company thanks again people sorry for your loss but it is saving some!!
I purchased an oil infused hair straightening mist brush and it was nothing but a cheap plastic pink brush with a tiny cool mist and a red light. Does NOT straighten hair as shown in ad. This company is a big BS SCAM ARTIST!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
The only star they get is how easy it was to order and give them my money. The company should be charged with fraud. The product is nothing like the advertising….not even close. I’ve gotten better “fake teeth” in a costume store for 1/8 the price. They should be ashamed of themselves.
This is a complete scam…. I ordered dentures and was not given what was advertised!!
Fake .scammed me out of my money .teeth look nothing like they show .I wish I had this information before I bought from 2 separate sights. I cant believe the go through so much trouble with commercials to get our money .if it sounds to good to be true it probably is . I cant afford to loose any money but I did.a great smile is worth alot.dont wast your money .
I ordered from soya a new an still haven't got my order. How can I get my money back??
I paid $40 for dentures with them. Got two pairs for the price of one set. Cheap and does not even compare to what they offered. They are not even dentures. What a joke. I've emailed them about returning my money immediately. This is a scam and they should not even be allowed to advertise.
If I could give 0 starts I would I ordered 2 pairs which was a total of 4 2 tops and 2 bottoms and they never arrived I contacted them to let them know and they said they would send me the same order I paid for but for free. Going on 2 months and I still have not received either one of my packages. Total scam
COMPLETE SMAM *****AVOID***** What you see is NOT what you get. They charge you for dentures £35.01 as advertised on YouTube, but same 'cheap rubbish' ones sent are sold on Amazon for £7.96!! Do a chargeback with your bank. 1 star is far too good.
This company tried to fraud my credit card. They pulled $40.90 out twice. Thank the Lord my bank and I noticed it right away.
THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM AND GIVES YOU INCALID TRACKING UPS NUMBER DO NOT BELIEVE!!!
This has been a mess. I haven't recieved my order, there is no way to contact these people and the product i hear everyone saying they have recieved a Halloween item, this company is a fraud. I guess I'll never see my order or my money again. BBB needs called on these people.
What was shown on TV was not the product received. This company is totally fraudulent and contractually not sound. This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau. Due to the cheap plastic product which did not look or perform as the commercial stated and not as presented on the commercial. This product is fraudulent and the company should be liable for returning our money for the product and as stated 10 times the amount paid for the product. We paid $39.00 times 4 pairs.
Aoyaanew.com is a complete scam business ran by a criminal fraudster named Milton Keynes. The product shown in the video is not what they send. Instead they send a cartoon grade veneer product and offer to refund half the order's cost. They won't supply a return label so half the money back is the best you will get. This is a planned scam and because the British government is so corrupt at this time Milton Keynes is able to keep doing his immoral scam ripping off the elderly and other toothless people. Milton Keynes should be arrested and extradited to the United States to stand trial for his criminal enterprise.
The dentures are poc and no info for the 10x refund advertised.
Ordered a set of dentures and paid by credit card. IMMEDIATLY got a warning of potential fraud on my phone. I proceeded with the transaction and looked on Trust Pilot for information which is when I saw all these horrible reviews. I immediately filed a dispute with my bank which is pending. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!
Shoppers, Aoyaaneew is scamming the public. They ate not selling dentures as advertised. It's just two strips of teeth similar as veneers, it's pure trash. I purchased the same identical set on Temu. Fortunately, Temu gave me an instant refund . The actual company name is, Whatech Mobile Limited Co in Hong Kong. Best advice, do as I have done. Contact Google Ads and complain to them for allowing scamming ads on their site
You can tell they are a joke. The five experts that support the product are three men and two women. It would be far more believable if they weren't the same people. That's right it is one guy (with three different names) and one woman (with two different names). If this is their attention too detail, run and save your money. Scamming POS.
