Ewa- learning languages
I had very successful correspondence with managers and they solved issue with my subscription. I gave four stars because the video and sound are late after 10-15 minutes I hope that would be solved soon.

Great learning app, disappointing customer support
EWA is a great idea for learning English, with interesting and varied exercises. I really enjoy the learning concept. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support has been very disappointing. Complaints are sometimes ignored, and even when a problem is caused by the company, there is no apology. I have reported the same technical issues several times, both in English and in my native language. Sometimes I receive no response at all. Then, after explaining the problem repeatedly, I receive a reply saying that they do not understand what the issue is and asking me to describe it all over again. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a paying customer. A good learning app deserves equally good customer service. Unfortunately, EWA falls far short in this respect.
