So far I’ve had great trouble with getting on this link. I was charged for maximum $139 when I only wanted the regular course for 79.99. I was able to cancel the $59 charge and kept the $79.99 charge for the regular course but I have not received the link so I can’t get started with learning. When I ask for help all I get is bots which send the consumer around in circles. I’d like to talk to a real human representatives and get this straightened out or I’ll have to ask for a complete refund.
I did my begining exam which scored me in level b2+. Although I got course from level a1. From positive things is that I have opportunity to read books in English and quickly get to know what means particular word
I don’t like this app. I already took the placement test, but the lessons still start from a very basic beginner level. I hate that I can’t get my money back.
I am so frustrated. I paid for the subscription and now it will only let me try to sign up, not sign in. When I try the sign up it says my email is taken. When I do the lesson it says I have a limited plan and wants to sell me a plan again.
Paid for 12 months of Spanish. Finished everything in 29 days — because they stop teaching at A2 (aka "you can order coffee but can't understand the reply").
So I basically paid for a year-long gym membership... and got a single treadmill that shuts off after the first month. 🏃♂️💨
Great if you want to learn "hola" and "gracias" at a premium price. Terrible if you actually want to speak Spanish. Save your money and go read a menu instead — you'll learn just as much.
TL;DR: EWA sells you a library, but only gives you a pamphlet. Don't fall for it. 💸
Don’t sign up because there is no way to get a hold of them when you want to cancel your subscription. Plus the site is not a good learning tool, so not worth it. Save your money and the headache.
I do not like the lessons. I cannot hear to understand the short videos you have dubbed in Spanish. I don't like being tied up with exact spelling or four different ways to say the same thing. The only thing I liked was the word matching game.
I paid 18€ for a month of EWA Premium subscription through Instagram, I downloaded the app but I don’t have access to the Premium version. I tried to contact them and no response from them. I paid for nothing.
