Took a while to be delivered and unfortunately too big. They give an email address, but it said it failed and to try later. I've tried 3 times. I just want to return and get a smaller size!!

I ordered 4 ladies bras

I ordered 4 ladies bras. I was advised according to their own in correct sizing chart to order XL for my uk size equivalent. Ordered on 6th June. Received 23rd June. All 4 bras were way too big. I contacted them for a full return address. No invoice was placed in the parcel. After 2 days I was simply told thats the size you ordered. .eaning, no refund. I complained as they were ordered going by their size chart. I got offered £8. I paid £47. I told them this is not acceptable. Then I got offered £12 and told not to be angry as they were making a good offer will little loss to me. They are basically a scam run company making money of cheap ill fitting goods you cant return. I have 4 bras that are useless. I will complaining and contacting my bank to notify them of the issue as well as online consumer rights organisations. Do not buy from them. DS.

Unable to return or exchange

Item bought has arrived, longer delivery time than anticipated. Does not fit even though their measuring chart was used. Customer service responsive but offered £2, eventually £4 compensation which isnt even 25% of the purchase cost. Unsatisfactory in every way

Order took along time to arrive

Order took along time to arrive , no tracking details to be able to check its progress , made contact with company and still no tracking information just reply thank you for your continued patience. When they finally arrived , very Happy with the bras , lovely fit and very comfortable. True to size

My order arrived in reasonable amount of time. The bras are very comfortable and great in hot weather. Very happy.

I am blown away by these glasses

I am blown away by these glasses. They are perfect. I wear varifocal or progressive lenses. I took a chance on These and it was the best chance ever. Thank you so much. I wore them all day yesterday without any issues. I know it says to choose your age fir the right glasses but I chose 3+ which is in the 70's age bracket and they work for me.

Too small

Too small, sizing is incorrect and they can't be returned. They have offered me money back instead but im not accepting that.

Overcharge

I was overcharged so emailed and requested a part refund. Request acknowledged very quickly, apologies received and refund processed within a couple of days. Very efficient and easy to communicate with.

Took a while to come - I normally wear varifocals but broke them - the reading part for some reason is the top part of the lens where it’s normally at the bottom - the other part of the lens just makes everything blurry so they aren’t as advertised - I’ll keep them for reading glasses

I wear variofocal lenses ,clear at top that react to light.These glasses are really comfy,and can't tell your wearing them,I chose grey with orange,my prescription is quite strong,I ordered 3 strength,they are not really set right,so it's not that good for reading,and they don't really go that dark,that said if you only need a low strength,I think they'd be good and a cheaper option than an opticians,if you buy reading specs you take on and off, these can just leave on,I may get my mum a pair she only uses 1.00 strength,so nit quite good for me, but worth a try,The price you see isn't what you pay 9.99 turns to 16.99 with postage and the VAT

Easy to order,came in a shorter than I had expected.

Glasses over 75's

Recieved the glasses in good condition, but unfortunately only able to see reasonably clearly on distance mid and reading not clearly at all. Very disappointed them.
