Might be free to upload, but definitely NOT FREE to use.
Be warned!

### ★☆☆☆☆ unprofessional and unreliable
- Af · 2026-02-27

I paid for the premium features, but the service did not work. When I tried to contact support, the email address provided was invalid and my message could not be delivered. There is no clear or reliable way to reach customer support.

Based on my experience, this website seems very unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise others to be careful before making any payment.

### ★★★★★ A very satisfying audio processor
- Mario · 2026-02-01

A very satisfying audio processor. It is free for most operations, but even if it had been paid, I would have subscribed to a plan anyway because the prices are quite affordable.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Not free, money is stolen.
- Mari ST · 2025-08-31

Looks like a free audio cleaner at first.

I used it a couple of times and then it started to ask me for "tokens" to be able to process more files. You can get 10 tokens daily for free so I did use those, but that's when things go very wrong.
I uploaded the file but, when the site is processing it to clean it, it always goes wrong half the way and you need to restart all together but your tokens are gone for good.
At this point I decided to purchase tokens as a pay as you go option, as I just needed to use it once.

Money gone. Full on scam.

You use your paid tokens to process the files and it will happen the same, it fails half the way and your money is gone.
After several tries, I got the file processed but it was not what I chose to get clean, so you get the wrong results. I got hope as I got and email with the links for the results but the links don't work.

Don't waist your money!

> 商家回复 (2025-11-11): Sorry for the inconvenience. We've fixed the problem and updated the tool. Kindly try our audio cleaning feature if you still need it. And the credits, we can give away as a compensation. If you have any questions, pls contact us online or via email promptly!

### ★★★★★ Amazing website! 100% free and outstanding result.
- Dennis · 2025-06-04

Amazing website. You can register for free and remove background sound from longer videos. i was able to remove audio from a 22 minute clip, the result was outstanding. By far the best site I experienced so far, and I have tried many sites in the last year.
