I received and order confirmation on the same day. However, My credit card was charged twice. I repeatedly emailed you about this error. You have yet to respond. Yesterday I received two (2) items from you. One is the one I ordered and received a confirmation for order #2957. However, the other item, I did NOT order and received no confirmation for this order. I do not want the second order for which I was charged. PLEASE rectify with instructions. I hesitate to return the second item, for which YOU charged me. In light of the fact that you have made no response to my numerous emails (18), my returning the item will not ensure you crediting my credit card. This is absolutely the worst customer service. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Total scam - Peter Pack · 2026-02-04 Total scam, I ordered a Kaya hooded knitted sweatshirt and received a thin polyester thing with an imprint of a hooded knotted sweatshirt.
