I would like to give 0 Star review,

Demo account does work, they not have any server on demo account

Customer support completely waste of time 😡 I'm very disappointed

They took my passport for verification, be careful

> 商家回复 (2026-03-10): Dear Legit Review,

We are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the demo server and the verification process. We value your feedback and would like to address your concerns directly:

- Demo Account Status: Please accept our apologies for the technical difficulties. Our development team is currently working on the demo server to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

- Customer Support: We have reviewed our recent logs and, unfortunately, do not see a record of a support request under your current details. We want to help you immediately—please reach out to us at info@aurra.markets so we can prioritize your case.

- Account Verification: Regarding your passport, we take data security very seriously. We only require identity verification for clients opening a Live (Real) Trading Account to comply with global financial regulations. Could you please clarify if you were attempting to open a Demo or a Real account? This will help us investigate why you were prompted for documents.

Our goal is to provide a reliable and secure environment for all our traders. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.

Best regards,
The Aurra Markets Team
