I’ve tried to explain to the company that I only receive one package and half the order which by the way was terrible quality. The second package which had the other two blouses I ordered never came in. I’ve been corresponding back-and-forth via email and all they do is keep sending me the tracking numbers that say they were both delivered. I live in Georgia. I have notified the company and advised them that the package was delivered to the wrong address. They wanted me to get records from the post office, which is not my responsibility. The company had tracking on the package and they should follow up on the situation. I have requested that they ship my item to MY address or provide a complete refund, but they have failed to do either.
