After 10 days when it had not yet shipped, I contacted the company and was told the item had not passed quality check and had to be resubmitted to be made again. The item did not ship until 12/19, and arrived to me on 1/4. The sweatshirt was nice, but the quality level was not worth the price paid. I have been in contact via email and they finally shipped this on the 18th December. My original follow up email was sent on the 17th December asking for a refund was ignored and instead they said due to a quality issue there is a delay and they need to re-produce the product and ship it. I then asked a second time for a refund and they said due to it being a personalised product they can’t refund. Which is fair enough had I not requested a refund before they had to re-produce it. My final communication was asking to submit a complaint. They are now ignoring me and my shipment is still at Wuhan Airport on 22/12/25 (according to their tracking service). Their payment address is a UK address but this is not a UK based company and I should have known better but I did not know this was a Chinese shipping company. I couldn’t find any reviews before ordering, so I wanted to leave one to reassure others that this is a legitimate company and not a scam. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took just over 16 days to arrive. Given the time of year and the fact it’s a personalised item being shipped from overseas, the delay is understandable, but it’s something to keep in mind.
