They were dishonest about the features they offered, and I felt like they falsely represented what their product could do. I paid a thousand dollars for a year, thinking I was getting all these great features, but half of them didn't work once I got into the software. I noticed others were having the same issues, like with white labeling. It seemed like they were using our money to get their software developed, which wasn't how they sold it to us. I tried to cancel almost immediately after realizing this and was essentially told tough luck, they had my money and I wouldn't be getting it back. I was done with them without a refund and now a year later and they even tried to charge my card again without prior notice or permission. Luckily my bank caught it as the company has been flagged and I was able to stop the transaction. Awaz customer supporrt is non existant, other than a bot that goes around in circles, promises of resoulution never materialised. promises of human contact never materialised. The system looks good but now we have reservations.
