Have contacted 10 times today and no response ### ★☆☆☆☆ Worst customer service experience. - Gonzalo Wassermann · 2025-07-22 Bought a diver from this brand (Ironclad 40) within the year it had a pressure leak and water got inside of it - I never used it to dive, this happened while it was raining outside. I contacted the brand after my local watch repair shop said there was a leak on the watch that the manufacturer had to repair, and they never got back to me. Very upset with the whole experience and with the watch that I’m scared to use now because if it rains the movement could take in water again. ### ★★★★☆ Great watch for the money. - Frank · 2024-10-31 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ Easy process - Bronk Laonca · 2024-07-26 · 已验证 Easy process, and magnificent watches ### ★★★★★ Amazing Watch got my second - Fahim Rashid · 2024-06-14 · 已验证 First watch was so good i got Hulk Version ... The Lume is bright and can last for an hour. It feels great on the wrist. Changed the bracelet to a rubber strap that was included, which felt much lighter and snug. Only thing standing from a 5 star for this is the slight rotor noise. ### ★★★★★ Great watch - Sunshade · 2023-08-11 · 已验证 Great watch, the navy dial is lovely. This was a gift for my father and he enjoyed the Flagship. It's a watch both he and I (daughter) can wear. Only thing that my father noted when opening watch was that it did not come with any kind of instruction manual. Could argue that it's not really needed, he just thought it was strange. ### ★★★★★ Prompt Service - Quality Product - John Harriman · 2023-06-08 · 已验证 Axios backs up its high-quality product with outstanding service.
