I ordered a dress for my wedding. Not custom. I tried it on for literally 1 minute. It left a rash under my under arms for a week! The material felt like shards of glass on my skin. The stitching looked like it was done by a toddler. It was so cheaply made i was flabbergasted by the price. I asked to return. shipping is 75.00 to China. If I knew it was being purchased from china I would have never bought it. They have a US return address on package upon delivery. Be careful. This place just wants to keep your money and leave you with a useless cheap dress. I wouldn’t be caught dead in it. BEWARE. They won’t refund shipping to or from china and claim to charge a restock fee even though it was not custom and poorly made. So I went to DHL to send it back. I paid DHL $130 to send it back to China. And what they did was they sent me back the dress so that they didn't have to give me a refund on the dress. I purchased some tumblers from them through Dhgate. After agreeing on a price and a quantity I paid for the order. Once it was paid, Babyonlinedress contacted me and told me I had to pay 50% more or they would ship 30% less product. I told them neither was an option and I was told to cancel the order saying I didn't want them anymore. That was not true. I have a business to run and I gave my customer a price for a quantity and how long it would be. The whole process of ordering and getting credit cost me two weeks of production. I am sure they are rated by Dhgate and the reason they wanted me to put it that way would take the responsibility off them. This outfit is nothing but scammers.
