The hat sat "waiting to be shipped" and "we will ship it out a.s.a.p." when I visited my order. I wrote three separate emails to the company and "customer service" after 2 weeks with zero replies to me. I filed a complaint with PayPal, still no response after yet another week. Only after escalating to a claim with PayPal did I get a stock email saying hat is on the way. Ridiculous! Will never buy there again. UPDATE: after finally receiving hat (after 2 months) the hat came in a plastic bag and was CRUSHED. It also did NOT have an embroidered logo on the front, it was a peeling, cheap plastic cutout stuck off center on the hat! Horrible, cheap plastic print not even worthy of Temu. Customer service experience was disgusting. Offered a filthy 10% of my purchase as a refund...for a shirt I could wear once. I also have been offered $7 compensation and to keep the inferior products (paid $74.51) and to be honest I may just write it off as yet another lesson learned. I would be very annoyed and unhappy if I found a sack full of these T-shirts on my doorstep and would be embarrassed offering them to a charity shop.
