Cake DeFi will forever and always be my go to for staking and pooling. Not only are their rates realistic and consistent. They hold a reserve so that an SBF scandal will never be an issue.

cake defi confiscated my money
I logged into cake defi during a campaign period, it was about 8 months ago. It was giving some rewards when I staked my money for 6 months. This coin was unlocked 2 months ago. I tried to withdraw the money when I needed it, but within a day my account was banned. There was no problem until I withdraw the money, but when I tried to withdraw the money, my account was closed. I emailed support several times but never got a response. So you know, I was scammed. The worst thing is that when you experience such a thing, there is no interlocutor. Please think twice about this risk when you read this message while investing in cake defi.

Had worries in the beginning, but...
Had worries in the beginning that this might be yet another crypto project with promises they'll never actually meet, but after being invested in it for almost 2 years now, my worries are gone. Even in the current bear market they are making progress like no other and are showing up. Giving me the feeling they really care about their product, which works really well by the way.

using cakedefi for over a year - no glitches and funds secured
Only because navigation=functionality
It's important to note that I this app should get a full 5 stars. The menu trees can be confusing to navigate at first but that has been the only downside I've come across so far and, unfortunately, because apps like this are nothing but navigating menus I had to knock a star off.
Based on my own personal research
Based on my own personal research, the only service i recommend is Earn and Lending if you plan to do long term investing, avoid liquidity minig at all cost because the value of DFI token keeps going down continuously, back then DEFI was around 4 dollars but at the time of writing this review, DEFI is down to 0.4 dollar within a year, meaning you've lost money if had invested back then, in liquidity minig, earnings is paid mostly in DEFI token, if the value of DEFI token keeps going down, in the long run you'll be left with a DEFI token that's almost worthless.
